CCTV Footage Request

If you’d like to request access to CCTV footage, please use the link below to complete our online request form. All requests are reviewed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and our Privacy Policy. Footage will only be released if the request meets the original purpose of collection, such as safety, security, or operational reasons, or where release is permitted by law.

CCTV footage is retained for up to 90 days. Once we receive your request, we’ll respond within 10 working days.
