Nelson Airport is just 7 kilometres from Nelson’s city centre and well connected to cycling/walking paths including The Great Taste Trail.
The airport has two Bike Zones for storing and reassembling bikes. A large one is found at the northern end of the terminal building. A smaller Bike Zone is situated across the road from the main entrance near the Rental Cars building.
A shower is available in the terminal, although you will need to bring your own towel and toiletries. Request a key from the Customer Service – Manaaki Kiritaki team in terminal.
Cycle Nelson has bikes for hire, and can be found behind Airport House to the south of the terminal.
